What is the Refund and Return Policy?Updated 12 days ago
As a Preferred Customer, you are eligible for a refund on your first order only. You have 30 days from the date your first order is delivered to submit a request and be eligible for a refund on that order.* If you submit a request after this 30-day period, your refund request will not be eligible under our return policy.
Please follow these steps to request your refund:
Submit a Return Request
Fill out a return request ticket and select “Request Refund” from the drop-down menu. Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date of your first order to be considered eligible.Refund Approval
After submitting your request, you will receive an email with the next steps for your refund. Do not attempt to return any product. Feel free to keep your product and use it yourself or share it with a friend.Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, a credit for the final purchase price of your first order will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits to any other sources of payment, such as gift cards, alternative payment methods, etc. Refunds may take 10–12 business days to appear in your account.
Reminder: Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your first order. Requests submitted after this time frame will not be processed.
