Preferred Customers can receive a refund on their last order. If you are not sure you qualify, please check our Refund Policy. A credit in the amount of the final purchase price of your first order will be applied to your original method of payment. It should appear within 10-12 business days after the return is received and accepted.
If you haven’t received your refund after two weeks:
Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company or bank (as applicable). There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Contact us if you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund.
