How do I update the payment method on my account?Updated 3 months ago

It is easy to update the payment method on your account:

1. Go to BalanceofNature.com and log in.

2. Under My Account, select Manage Subscriptions.

3. On your subscription, select Address and payment details.

4. On Address and payment details select Manage payment methods.

5. Select Add Payment Method.

6. Enter your new payment method information, and below you will be given the option to select “Add payment method to all of my subscriptions.” Selecting this will apply your payment method to all future orders.

7. Select Add payment method.

If you would like to add the payment method to your account but not your subscription, you can do so by unchecking the box “Update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method.”

To remove your previous payment method:

1. Select Address & Payment Details.

2. Select Manage Payment Methods.

3. Select Remove on the card you wish to remove.
