Why can't I log in to my Balance of Nature account? // How do I reactivate my account if it was created before October 24, 2024?Updated 4 months ago

If your account was created before October 18, 2024, you may need to activate your account on our new website. 

To activate your account follow these steps:

1. Go to BalanceofNature.com.

2. Select the LOG IN button, which is in the top right-hand corner of the home page. For mobile users, select the three-line icon at the top right to reveal the LOG IN button. 

3. Click on/select Activate Account.

4. Enter the Email Address associated with your account and click Activate Account.

5. Check your email account for an email from Balance of Nature to activate your account. In the email you receive, select Activate your account.

6. Type your New Password and select Activate Account.

*Note: Please ensure your inbox is not full, as this may prevent you from receiving the activation email. If you do not see the activation email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you continue to have trouble activating your account, consider clearing your browser’s cookies and cache or using the "Forgot your password?" option to reset your credentials.
