I forgot my password. How do I reset it?Updated 4 months ago

To reset your password, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to BalanceofNature.com.

2. Select the LOG IN button, which is in the top right-hand corner of the home page. For mobile users, select the three-line icon at the top right to reveal the LOG IN button. 

3. Click on/select Forgot your password?

4. Enter the Email Address associated with your account, and click Submit.

5. Check your email account for an email from Balance of Nature to reset your password. In the email you receive, select Reset your password.

6. Type your New Password and select Reset Password.
   
   

*Note: Your password reset email will expire after twelve hours.
