How do I skip or reschedule my order?Updated a month ago

I’m so sorry that you want to delay your Balance of Nature orders. If you need to pause your subscription or suspend your recurring order, follow the steps below:

1. Go to BalanceofNature.com and log in.

2. Under My Account, select Manage Subscriptions.

3. Under Your Next Order, select Reschedule or Skip.

   1. Reschedule: This option allows you to pick the next order date. Orders will continue on the recurring cycle from the chosen date. 

   2. Skip: This option will simply skip your next month’s order and they will resume on the following order date.
