How do I skip or cancel my recurring subscription order?Updated a month ago

We’re grateful you’ve been part of the Balance of Nature family. If you need to skip or cancel your recurring subscription order, follow the steps below. 

Follow these instructions to skip an order:

1. Go to BalanceofNature.com and log in.

2. Under My Account, select Manage Subscriptions.

3. Under Your Next Order, select Reschedule or Skip.

   1. Reschedule: This option allows you to pick the next order date. Orders will continue on the recurring cycle from the chosen date. 

   2. Skip: This option will simply skip your next month’s order and they will resume on the following order date. 

Follow these instructions to cancel an order:

1. Go to BalanceofNature.com and log in.

2. Under My Account, select Manage Subscriptions.

3. On the right side of the screen, select Manage Subscriptions.

4. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Cancel Subscription.

6. Select the reason for canceling and continue to cancel. 

*Note: You will be given the option to skip your next order before canceling.
