How do I log in to my Balance of Nature account?Updated 5 days ago

As of Wednesday, October 14, 2026, you no longer need a password. You'll log in with a one-time code sent to your email.

To log in:

1. Go to BalanceofNature.com.

2. Select the LOG IN button in the top right corner of the home page.

   • On a phone or tablet: tap the three-line menu icon at the top right, then tap LOG IN.

1. Enter the email address you've used to order from us before.

1. Check your email for a six-digit code from Balance of Nature.

1. Enter the code, and you're in. You'll go straight to your account page.

Tip: Once you're logged in, you'll stay logged in on that device for a long time, so you won't need a new code every visit.

Didn't get your code?

• Make sure the email you entered matches the one on your orders.

• Check your spam or promotions folder.

• Wait a minute and try again.

• Still stuck? Chat with our team and we'll get you logged in.

Managing your subscription

Once you're logged in, use the Manage Subscription link on your account page to change your next order, delivery frequency, products, or payment method.

Note: If you had an account before, it's already set up. There's no need to reset a password or create a new account.
