How do I cancel my order?Updated a month ago

I’m so sorry that you want to cancel your Balance of Nature orders. If you need to cancel or stop your recurring subscription order, follow the steps below:

1. Go to BalanceofNature.com and log in.

2. Under My Account, select Manage Subscriptions.

3. On the right side of the screen, select Manage Subscriptions.

4. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Cancel Subscription.

6. Select the reason for canceling and continue to cancel. 

*Note: You will be given the option to skip your next order before canceling.
